Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.PERSOLKELLY have recently been appointed as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission and will be working to provide a 11,000 strong workforce, to deliver the next state election in 2025.We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Lead/ Coordinator to manage the day-to-day delivery of this project, together with the Senior Leadership team at PERSOLKELLY in WA. Location: BurswoodLength: 18 month contract (ASAP start)Salary: Dependent on experience (plus completion bonus The role:Manage the day to day communication between PERSOLKELLY and WAEC (both project related and business as usual recruitment requirements).Manage the overall coordination and success of the contracted works for the 2025 State Election.Partner with the Western Australian Electoral Commission to ensure that the project plan is smoothly executed, provide updates and implement changes where necessary.Liaise with PERSOLKELLY's internal stakeholders (Technology, Marketing, Legal etc) to ensure requirements/changes are implemented in a timely manner.Attend regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders and complete any action items.Provide overall leadership across a team of project recruiters to ensure requirements are exceeded (these recruiters will be onboarded later in the year).Ad hoc recruitment as required for current and future assignments.Track and manage the progress of this project through technologies and its project plan.Budget management and compliance. Ideally the successful candidates will have the following;Experience in leading and coordinating large projects.Volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (highly desirable).Ability to liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders - managing expectations (deadlines, progress updates etc).MUST be able to commit until June 2025Demonstrated time management and experience working within a high pressured environment.Experience within events or working within Government Projects (highly desirable).Organisational skills including the ability to manage priorities and potentially competing work demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to draft simple reports, correspondence and outcomes of meetings.Competence in the use of computers, including experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, databases and online applications.Ability to lead a team and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
