What is the role?
We are looking for a Project Management consultant with experience in the Manufacturing/mining/oil & Gas Industry.
Striving to excel, this role requires a “can-do” attitude with top notch proactive people skills. This role will require someone to:
- Have the personality and attitude to challenge the team to ensure project ON-TIME delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, conducting regular status meetings.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, training, and support.

A few more advantageous traits about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of Project Management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
- Great verbal and writing skills supported by a go-getter attitude. You prefer to proactively look for solutions rather than waiting for the answer to come.
- Someone who understands the importance of teamwork and appreciates the fact that we never work alone.
