The City is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. This role involves providing daily support to the project portfolio by managing and enhancing project operations.
This role will be assisting the City’s project evolution by providing monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, analysis and risk management.
Reporting to the Manager PMO, the PMO Analyst is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing project artefacts, templates and tools
- Providing portfolio status reports to support decision-making and project oversight
- Supporting the overall success of project implementations by collaborating and partnering with the City’s Alliances to help assure achievement of project objectives
- Implementing effective change management initiatives to support the ongoing implementation of Project Management artefacts

To succeed in this role you will be experienced in project support and coordination, and you will have the ability to collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve the successful delivery of project implementations.
