As a TEG Project Manager you are responsible for delivering world class solutions, developing strong relationships with business owners, clients and delivering value to stakeholders at regular intervals, with an awareness and drive to deliver commercial outcomes.
Our Project Manager operates within an Agile Software Development environment is solutions-focused and responsible for ensuring delivery is managed efficiently, effectively and to a high quality.

About the role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering core business system upgrades and applications development projects from end to end including stakeholder engagement at a range of levels
- Establishing project charters with and for stakeholder signoff including objectives, solution, scope, risk, delivery, and sprint planning.
- You will manage assigned teams according to the internal Agile development processes to ensure the team is as productive as possible
- Stakeholder management and liaising with business and product owners, to maintain and communicate a Product Roadmap for the respective solutions within the business domain
- Manage the assigned Development Workstream(s) including backlog grooming, facilitating sprint planning, documenting plans and key decisions, observing daily team stand-ups, leading resolution of impediments to team progress and facilitating sprint retrospectives.
- Liaise with Technical Operations and Business/Product Owners regarding prioritisation of production issues and service requests that require Workstream (Duplicate of point 2)
- Liaising with Technical Operations regarding development activities leading to UAT and production updates to meet quality controls and deployment requirements of new and upcoming releases
- Preparing regular Workstream activity reports and updates including past sprint achievements, issues, learnings, sprint plans and quarterly objectives for reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, Technology Leadership team and relevant Steering Groups.
- Host regular sprint showcases to share progress and achievements with stakeholders
- Managing the Workstream resourcing including, tracking regarding initial leave assessment and approval, periodic performance assessments for Workstream members.
- Maintenance of the Technology Resource Planner with regards to Workstream resources assignments, annual and sick leave to provide an accurate account of resource assignment over time. Ensure adequate planning for team members to handover tasks or responsibilities in absences
- Contributing to financial claims and compliance business requirements undertaken by the business (e.g. PCI, Labour capitalisation, R&D claims). This includes recording and tracking pertinent information throughout the year and producing summary briefs as required prior to a submission period.
- Use nominated Technology tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence, O365 etc.) to aide in the sharing of information related to Workstreams and/or other project responsibilities.
About You
To be successful in this role you will hold:
- At least 5 years project management experience
- Experience in project management and project governance practices
- Experience with communicating Project plan and progress information effectively with C-level people
- A high level of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- A strong desire for continual improvement of process in collaboration with peers
- The ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of requests and work to deadlines on critical scope
- Confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision
It would also be great if you had (non-essential):
- Product Management experience highly regarded
- Industry experience in Events, Live Entertainment and Ticketing or similar industries would be advantageous
- Certification in project management methodology - PMP or PRINCE2 accreditation
- Experience with systems integration projects
