Your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks
- Scheduling and following up on client appointments
- Updating client information into Xplan (CRM)
- Hands-on role assisting the team with the implementation of advice
About YouYou use your initiative to create successful client outcomes and understand how your role assists in building long-term Client Relationships. The successful person will have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team ethic and motivated to succeed
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Must have experience with XPLAN
