We are looking for a civil and development Project Manager.

This key role is broad, fast-paced and will integrate with the company’s wider interests within the property sector including modern construction methods, digital innovation in smart cities and sustainability.
Primary Role
- Meet Key Metrics for the DM Business Plan and improve performance in line with Project Business Plans
- Assist to Manage the operations of the project/s, from the design to delivery including authority approvals, procurement, production and close out
- Perform tasks in accordance with the Internal Approval Gates
- Maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships
- Assist to Manage Contractors and EHS of each project.
Main Duties
- Complete site diligence and drafting of business cases and delivery strategies
- Prepare market analysis and project briefs
- Formulate Project Business Plans
- Prepare feasibility studies, cashflow and subsequent financial/commercial analysis in concert with Nicheliving Finance
- Maintain stakeholder engagement (consultants, agents and contractors)
- Liaise with State Government, Council and other Statutory Authorities when required
- Collaborate with sales & marketing and planning resources to deliver project based objectives
- Manage Document Control and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- EHS procedures, manuals and enforcement with the relevant Contractor
- Maintain up to date knowledge of sustainability, innovation and market trends
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand the marketing strategy, branding and positioning an retain current knowledge of target market drivers and demographics and competitor analysis
- Report to key stakeholders and investors
- Be conversant with competitors’ products
Experience and Education
- Qualifications in Building Construction, Engineering, Planning, Property Development or other discipline relevant to delivery of residential development projects
- Min 5+ years professional experience in development, project management or valuations or residential or commercial projects
- Experience in controlling budgets, including profit and loss
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce accurate reports
- Experience collaborating with multiple people with different background and needs, such as external consultants or other functional teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects / workfronts
- Ideally hold a white card desirable
