We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in any of our national offices. This role will initially be for a 12 month contract covering parental leave.
You will be responsible for the management, organisation, and successful completion of several Operational / Business projects in the current project portfolio including project planning and delivery, assignment and management of project resources, monitoring and reporting project progress, stakeholder and vendor relationship management and risk and issue management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mid-senior level Project Manager (ideally within professional services firms) along with demonstrated experience successfully delivering end to end business projects
- Exceptional organisational skills, including attention to detail and the capacity to focus in a distracting environment with competing priories and resource constraints
- Highly adept with managing large, dispersed teams (including virtual teams)
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and an authentic team player who can motivate and influence a project team and other stakeholders
- A proactive and pragmatic thinker with a strong conflict resolution and problem-solving background
- The team encourage flexibility and are open to candidates seeking a full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week) role
