Opportunities
- Position available with the role located onsite and in the office

- You will work within a crew across sites in and around the ACT region, regional NSW
- This position will be permanent full time
Role
- Application and receipt of site access, worker, plant permits
- Coordinate and liase with project teams, supervisors and client representatives
- Prepare and submit project status and reporting to Contracting Manager
- Comprehensive documentation and record keeping
- Engagement with stakeholders and site handover
- Create and Update IFC drawings to create lot maps with location and description of delays
- Proficient understanding and application of transport for NSW (TfNSW) specifications
Requirements/Attributes
- Comply with strict safety requirements
- Previous Civil construction necessary
- Experience in the Bituminous surfacing industry preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written by providing an efficient service to Capital Asphalt contractors/employers and maintaining a high level of customer service & professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to work within a team alongside our road crew
- Prior on-site and project experience is advantageous
Education/Quals
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Workers on Foot
- Civil construction experience < 3 Years
