About the role:
As our new Project Manager, you'll form a key part of our engineering team and from the word go, you will:
- Manage challenging water projects from conception through to project delivery, all with the support and encouragement of an experienced team who know that your success enhances their success.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Contract management of consultants and contractors.
About you:
As a collaborative member of the engineering team, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Civil or Mechanical engineering, project management etc.)
- Relevant project management experience in a professional environment
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational, research and analytical skills
- Advanced communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of resource planning and budget management
- Knowledge of project management plans, project schedules and risk registers
- Knowledge of project management principles and practises
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and P6
- Experience with water infrastructure projects is desirable
