About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the detailed management of quality, cost and program of projects to ensure our clients’ expectations are met and internal budgets and resources managed efficiently. This role identifies project risk items and mitigates risks where possible, manages compliance with head contract requirements, including drawings, specifications and contract administration.

About You!
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have experience delivering construction projects between $10 to $30+ million in value, proven experience in management and co-ordination of subcontractors, demonstrated record of delivery of quality building projects, experience in programming work to ensure all deadlines are achieved and the ability to ensure all legislative safety requirements are adhered to. You will be a dedicated and motivated team player who has a genuine ability to connect with people and truly understand their needs. We will not only value your ability to partner with our clients and deliver on your commitments but also your ability to build strong teams for the future through mentoring our up-and-coming talent.
You will possess or be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years' experience in similar role in the commercial building industry
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work dynamically and manage competing priorities
- Ability to lead others and build strong relationships
- Previous experience in software such as Bluebeam, Jobpac, Aconex, Payapps, MS Project or similar
- Qualification in relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Project Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or Built Environment.
- White Card
- Valid Driver's License in South Australia (Full or probationary)
- Permanent Residency or Citizenship in Australia
