Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a new building / property development, working in Cockburn
Your new company
A state government department based in Cockburn, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a new building / property development project. This role is being offered on an initial 6-month temporary engagement plus extension, working full-time hours.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing the development, initiation and delivery of new and existing property projects
- Managing and arranging the provision of asset solutions within the department
- Developing internal and external briefing documents
- Develop internal project management documents including cost reports, risk, resource and delivery plans
- Representing the department at site meetings
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will need:
- Previous project management experience
- Previous experience in construction, property and facility projects / redevelopments
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing accommodation retrofits and facility modifications would be an advantage
