AddressRedmap is a rapidly growing, dynamic software development and consulting company specialising in document automation focusing on Accounts Payable workflow. We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the implementation of software products and services in the area of Document Management and Accounts Payable workflow. As the Project Manager you will plan deployments and implementations of industry leading software solutions for clients across a number of industry markets. We specialise predominantly in Pronto ERP, NetSuite, Sage, Aged Care, Mining and Construction.
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan project activities and align resource availability with the Program in order to manage identified issues and risks in the project
- Execute the project delivery using best practice PMO methodology
- Monitor and control activities by being able to identify the potential risks and issues in the project by calling out or escalation to proper channels.
- Closing of the project with proper hand over to the support team
- Work with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Project to ensure accurate documentation, ticket, task and sprint monitoring and timeliness assessment and risk management
- Issue escalation in order to control project delays and timeline slippage
- Manages overall communication for project activities and updates and making sure that all project stakeholders are aligned with the ongoing and upcoming activities as well as impacts to the project resource, timeline, quality and cost
What you will bring;
- At least 5-7 years implementing projects with exceptional project management capabilities and experience, combined with strong business analysis, and change management skills
- A background in FinTech or financial processes is advantageous as is a background in the Aged Care sector in a project or operations role
- An understanding of the full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience across multiple projects including managing project schedules, project budgets and client relationships
- With excellent communication skills you are able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and the wider project management team to drive a successful project implementation, both on time and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate project activities cross-functionally across a diverse senior stakeholder group, including leading subject matter experts to deliver project outcomes as per agreed standards and timeline
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be solution orientated with strong attention to detail and thrives on being across all aspects of your projects addressing risks and issues
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence is highly desirable
- Project Management qualifications and experience using project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or similar is highly desirable
