This position will manage a project which focus on achieving the project outcome deliverables with particular focus on Accommodation Strategy, Policy and Procedure development and implementation, Repairs and Maintenance work prioritisation and stakeholder communication, and Asset Management advancement.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience with proven success in developing, leading, and managing multi-disciplinary project teams in line with quality human and financial resource management practices with particular reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, consultation and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with senior and multi-disciplinary staff at organisation, state and national levels.
Experience or willingness to acquire knowledge appropriate to interact in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and communities.

Requirements for the role:
This position may require the incumbent to operate a ‘C' Class Drivers An appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencement of duty.
Travel across the TCHHS may be a requirement of this position in commercial and/or light aircraft and 4WD vehicles.
