Position Overview:
A multiple MBA award winning architectural home builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and simultaneously oversea 1-2 projects. Each project will be resourced with an experienced Site Manager and you will be supported by the Construction Manager and Director. Projects will range from $1M - $8M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Architecturally Designed projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Manage procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering Architecturally Designed projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
What's on Offer:
