VC Systems are a professional Audio Visual Integrator offering a broad range of Audio Visual services and solutions Australia wide. We are particularly known for implementing Meeting Rooms for Zoom and Microsoft Teams customers.
Our product offerings and services have broadened dramatically, so we are seeking an experienced AV Technical Project Manager to help deliver future projects.
This is an exciting role in a growing market, working with the latest AV technology products and expanding our already impressive list of customers.
Ideally you would be based in Sydney, but qualified applicants from other areas are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary leadership of the project from creation to handover. All facets of the project deliverables.
- Create, append or review current documentation and be able to provide updates to internal staff.
- Work with the internal team to ensure equipment is procured, provisioned and delivered.
- Provide technical detail on the project, specifically during on-site installation.
- Be the central point of escalation for the client
- Help with solution presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer facing events
- Keep educated on the key brands we sell, such as Neat, Logitech, BiAmp, Yealink, Q-Sys and many others
Requirements:
- Highly Responsive and proactive
- Detail orientated and client focused
- Comfortable communicating in person and all UC platforms
- 3 years proven experience in Project management in the AV industry
- Strong understanding of AV systems
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- A positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile for the customer and a great work ethic willing to drive the businesses' growth
- Detail oriented and client focused
