AddressWe’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple building projects at various stages, ranging from $2m - $10m each.
Located in our Melbourne Airport office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with scoping of works.
- Assisting the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Overseeing construction/delivery phases, alongside the projects' SPMs.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
- Providing regular reports & updates to the client and senior leadership team.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a buildingProject Manager on brownfield projects.
You’ll also need:
- Experience working on building projects in a complex, live environment.
- The desire to deliver multiple building projects at various stages – this role will be quite varied, and will see you working with lots of different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
