Role Description
They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple end-to-end building projects at various stages.
These projects, predominantly design and construct ventures, collectively value between $40m - $50m.
Based at our Melbourne airport office, you will be tasked with:
- Supervising project scopes in collaboration with clients.
- Orchestrating the tender and procurement processes.
- Facilitating communication with contractors and consultants.
- Directing project construction/delivery.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.
To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience as a Client-Side Project Manager within the Construction industry.
Additionally, you should demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a customer-centric approach.
- A collaborative spirit, committed to achieving exceptional results for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
