Project Manager

Neo Infrastructure (SA) is a progressive South Australian medium sized civil construction company operating in both metropolitan and regional SA.

To capitalize on our reputation, ongoing growth and diversification we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our energetic, close-knit team. 

We are open to and flexible in having conversations with individuals who may be looking to commence within the next couple of weeks or late August/ September 2024.

Working alongside the Construction Manger you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project(s) to ensure successful delivery of our internal and external commitments. Subdivision management experience preferred.

This is a full-time position, based across out Adelaide Metro projects and out of Neo's head office located in Lonsdale SA. 

As a minimum you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of the following:

• 5+ years of previous experience in a Project Management / Project Engineering role within the Civil Construction industry in South Australia across a broad scope of works particularly subdivision construction.
• A background in subdivision works including earthworks, roadworks, sewer, water, stormwater, CST, footpaths, etc.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• A positive 'make it happen' approach focused on delivering results and proactive involvement with solution finding.
• Develop and implement project management plans specific to the project and client incorporating risk assessments (commercial and physical).
• Ensuring the objectives of safety, quality and environmental are achieved and proactively broadcasting good practice.
• Comply and enforce projects / sites compliance with acts, regulations, codes of practice and other applicable legal requirements and obligations.
• Develop clear objectives, measures and targets for the site project team and monitor performance against expectations.
• Sound ability to meet scheduling and budget targets.
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Claims management and project financial reporting / forecasting.
• Align with Neo's culture of providing client satisfaction through fair and open stakeholder interaction.

A degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is desirable.

A current driver's license is essential. 

A company vehicle will be provided to the successful candidate and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
