Our client, a growing entrepreneurial hospitality group is seeking a Client sideProject Manager to oversee an exciting new high spec fit-out project.

We're seeking a well rounded Client sideProject Manager with a background of overseeing high spec construction fit-out projects. Duties will include engaging subcontractors, working with designers and ensuring a high end design aesthetic is achieved. Experience in procurement and the ability to put your hand to whatever challenge that may arise is key. Being a small company, we're looking for someone with a flexible approach to your work, who can rise and adapt to whatever new project may arise. This may include ad hoc hospitality based side projects and maintenance of the properties.
Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Five plus years experience in a similar role
- Financial reporting and budgeting skills
- Experience in Procuring FF&E
- Hospitality project experience preferred
To be considered:
We're looking for a Project Manager with a stable track record of employment, hospitality projects and the ability to bring a project in on time and budget. You will have a positive and creative approach to your work, you will have experience of overseeing the tender process, managing builders and sourcing FF&E. Critical thinking, first class communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders is essential for this new role.
