Duties & Responsibilities:
Working as part of the team as a Project Manager at Zauner will see you involved in a range of design and construct projects, including in health, retail, education, and other industry sectors in and around regional NSW and VIC Region.
This role involves responsibility for:
- Management of all aspects of a project – pre-construction, establishment, procurement, construction, safety, quality, cost control, commissioning, and handover.
- Managing and developing client briefs.
- Coordinating project resources both internal and external.
- Providing build expertise input to the design development process.
- Reporting to the Construction Manager and Executive on program, budget, and project delivery.
To become part of our team you will have:
- Proven experience delivering projects valued in excess of $10m.
- Experience which indicates your capacity to work autonomously, tackle problems proactively while working effectively as part of a team.
- Formal Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Energy and drive to achieve the best results from project teams for our clients.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
- Solid computer literacy and competence in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience with industry software including Jobpac, MS Project, and Procore.
