Form of workA Darwin based Project Management opportunity for an initial 12-month contract for a Northern Territory Government agency Project Management Office (PMO) to manage and consolidate cyber PMO activities.
You will coordinate a suite of cyber projects and will be responsible for ensuring all cyber projects are delivered to a high professional standard aligned with contemporary practices.
You will support subject matter experts in the execution of the uplift program approach and associated plan, working with the PMO and Cyber Security team members.
About the Role- Become part of and support the ongoing development of the PMO and its management of ICT project activity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and service provider teams to fully define and scope cyber security project activity.
- Prepare and maintain thorough project plans and management structures as projects progress.
- Produce accurate, succinct and high-quality reports on project progress through project lifecycles.
- Proven track record in successful leadership of complex ICT projects and programs with an emphasis on cyber security services.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience within an ICT cyber security environment in a large and complex government or corporate enterprise with a managed ITIL environment.
- Excellent risk management skills, with experience reporting and resolving risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated experience delivering communication, engagement, change management and benefit realisation as they apply to successful project management.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory - AGSVA Baseline minimum.
