It's an exciting time as they look to to consolidate this growth by expanding the team.
The Role:
In this newly created position, you will be Site Manager for commercial construction projects in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
- Supervision and coordination of projects from $500k - $5M (mainly refurbishments, schools, facilities maintenance upgrades and medium low density construction services)
- Scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordination of subcontractors and collaboration with architects and engineers
- Provide reporting to status of jobs on a regular basis
- Meet Critical timeframes on project delivery

About You:
- Minimum 2 years of site supervising or Project Management experience within comercial construction
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects upwards of $2M
- Ability to read Architectural/Engineering Drawings, Formulate scope of works as required , BOQ into PPA System from plans
- Knowledge of budget reviews and cost reporting techniques during the life project. (Reporting both Operations Manager and Construction Manager)
- Working knowledge of School construction (Refurbishments and or New Build) /Facilities management and Government Projects (Minor Capitol Works) Project values between $50k-$6m
- Capable of running multiple projects (Up to 10 at any one time)
