Ryalex Security is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will be tasked with overseeing the successful completion of various commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage and oversee medium to large scale commercial projects for a diverse range of clients, including government agencies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the company's standards and exceed client expectations.
- Manage project schedules and proactively address any delays or deviations from the original plan.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and other relevant records.
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the Electronic Security industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Technician background.
- NSW Security Licence.
- Experience with Simpro advantages.
- Experience with MS Visio, MS Office (Excel, Power point, word, Outlook), MS Project & Auto Cad required.
