The Role Role Overview:The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving execution in the digitisation of back-office applications, including ERP, HRIS, and related technologies, within the business. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Applications and the General Manager of Delivery, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various projects aimed at modernising and optimizing internal systems. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business processes and technology implementation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop comprehensive project plans aligning with the company's transformation objectives, covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.Prepare regular progress reports, analyse project performance, identify risks, communicate updates, and provide recommendations for adjustments based on data-driven insights and feedback.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, gather requirements, and ensure buy-in throughout the transformation process.Lead project teams through execution, ensuring adherence to plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and troubleshooting issues.Coordinate resources effectively, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants, to support project goals and deliverables.
