Project Manager - Fencing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our company to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our fencing projects.

The Agrimate Project Managers are seen as the face of Agrimate, meeting clients and using the Agrimate resources to deliver on budget, on time and to the specifications required. 

Once the jobs are won, the jobs are yours to deliver. As the Project Manager at Agrimate Fencing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing fence installations across multiple construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. 

As the Project Manager, you will also be gathering site information and relaying the information back to Account managers so that accurate pricing can be sent to clients.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our projects meet or exceed our clients' expectations and that our company's reputation for trust, reliability, and excellence is upheld.

• Building strong relationships with clients.
• Leading by example and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Meet with clients and inspect sites to gather the data required to compile accurate quotes and proposals. 
• Supervise and manage on-site fencing activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, install teams and clients to schedule and execute work efficiently.
• Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the site adheres to safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Inspect work to verify quality and conformance to project requirements.
• Oversee materials and equipment deliveries, inventory, and maintenance.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to maximize team performance.
• Report site progress and issues to project management.
• Handle site documentation, including Job Cards, Reports, JHA, SWMS, and records.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Formal training is not essential. 
• Ability to lead teams and drive project success.
• Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in the fencing or civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of fencing or related construction services is advantageous.
• Computer literate and able to adapt to new systems and “ways of work.”
