AddressKey duties:
- Preparing and maintaining the PIDs including associated schedules, budgets and scope.
- Manage and maintain the risk/issue log and ensure mitigations are planned and reviews occur at least monthly.
- Monthly project status reports for all assigned projects.
- Reports and progress updates with the leadership team
- Preparation and maintenance of project cash flows and project financial reports for each project are accurate and in place and liaising with finance as required.
- Ensure resource plans for each project are in place for the entire project duration.
- This is to be done in conjunction with procurement and Business Leaders and submitted to the PMO for resource planning.
- Use of change controls such as requests for change applied to deal with changes from approved baselines.
- Project closure reports, for all projects at the time of completion.
- All deliverables must be provided by the dates as agreed with the PMO and as per approved baselined project schedule.
Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of Project Management Services with a focus on ICT infrastructure upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience in the application and understanding of project development methodologies and standards, including PRINCE2/Agile.
- Knowledge of systems, applications and best practice in the delivery of Information and Communications (ICT) solutions.
- Experience in network infrastructure, server management, cloud services and cybersecurity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience working with stakeholders across multiple business areas to explore complex problems and develop practical solutions.
