As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager.
Position: Project Manager
Location: Australia - Flexible Remote Work
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager at iBuild, you will spearhead the successful execution and delivery of our kit home projects. We seek individuals with a background in the building industry, and who are adept at reading architectural drawings and other essential documents. This position extends to professionals beyond Project Managers; Site Supervisors or Architects with construction experience, strong communication skills, and good IT proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Oversee design, approval, and procurement stages of projects.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, proactively addressing any issues.
- Supervise and lead project teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality results.
Supplier Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to facilitate project requirements.
- Seek quotations from suppliers and place procurement orders for optimal project delivery outcome.
Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring excellence with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, building documents, and procurement orders.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Domestic builder experience with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and building documents.
- Capability in quantity take-offs and placing purchase orders.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility:
