One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experience Senior Project Manager to join their team. You will be the responsible for delivering mission critical Infrastructure and software projects in a highly classified environment. The successful Senior Project Manager will be offered an initial 18 month contract with long term extension options
The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to.
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects end-to-end
- Overseeing and planning resource allocation and work packages
- Undertake negotiations, delegate effectively, and make timely decisions.
- Advise and ensure improvement and enhancement of organisational project methodologies
The successful Senior Project Manager will have experience in the following:
- Ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders
- Experience managing centralised Procurement including Contract Administration
- Ability to build and maintain effective and professional relationships with external stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to Corporate Enterprise controls and provide input into Government reporting
