The Project Manager is responsible for working across industrial projects from start to finish.
Duties include:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of refurbishment and construction projects within the specified budget and timeline
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Manage internal team throughout various projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager and will have:
- Excellent experience within industrial projects
- Strong civil & structural knowledge
- Bachelor degree in construction management or related field
