The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the a new Landfill Development Project.
Primary Functions of the position:
- Lead the Landfill Capping and Development Project.
- Other JV projects at the discretion of the Development Director Urban Ventures.
- Providing strategic advice on the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities that may improve the performance of SLA’s, Group, Program or Project objectives.
- Providing advice to the Development Director and wider SLA, including the provision of advice on related land development and projects to SLA Board, the Chief Executive Officer, Executives, and key government and non-government stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings with a broad range of stakeholders, including statutory authorities and other Government agencies, private entities and community groups. This could also include attending and participating in public meetings.
