Your new role
  
As the Project Manager, you will lead, supervise, and inspire a team of dedicated landscape professionals across various projects, ensuring completion from design through to execution. Your role will involve direct client engagement, guaranteeing satisfaction and fostering loyalty, while managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with our existing Project Manager to efficiently allocate resources and staff. With a background in quoting, invoicing, and a solid understanding of landscaping principles, you will also bring a creative and proactive approach to each project. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing for flexible scheduling to meet project deadlines, with an emphasis on maintaining a work-life balance and minimising weekend commitments.
  
  
What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor in the landscaping industry
• Strong knowledge of landscaping principles and practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage quality, budget, and timeline of various projects
• Experience in quoting and invoicing jobs, as well as managing contracts and suppliers
• Positive and productive attitude towards work,
• Professionalism in your interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and white card
