Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator to join our clients' experienced team

Your new company 
Your new company are in the service industry providing products and services to individual, corporate and government clients.
Your new role 
Your new role will oversee the administration of the teams' projects from inception to completion and will support a team of Project Managers. You will be vital in creating positive client and supplier relationships, organising contractors and supporting site coordination. You will be responsible for tasks not limited to:

• Project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, invoices and compliance
• Collecting and reporting on project data
• Raising issues and implementing changes to contracts
• Assisting project managers with budgeting
• Day to day support to project managers
• Daily invoicing

What you'll need to succeed 
To succeed in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated previous experience in project administration
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in a similar role within a service or operations industry will be highly regarded
• Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency (PR)
• Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Time management skills
