Project Manager | Landscaping & Civil

THE COMPANY

Our client, a commercial landscape and civil construction contractor, specialises in delivering significant projects that enhance communities and the environment.
With a diverse portfolio, including parks, playgrounds, sports facilities, residential developments, and large-scale infrastructure, they have the experience and skills to handle challenging landscape construction requirements.
Beyond construction, they provide post-construction maintenance services to safeguard new landscapes and establish sustainable growth.

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing landscape construction and civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Your role will involve managing client relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects ranging from $50K - $3mill

The majority of projects will be in Melbourne's East so there is a preference for people living that side of town.

• Manage multiple projects at once. Up to 4 at times depending on the value of individual projects
• You'll be managing a team consisting of a Foreman, Leading Hand and Labourers
• Must be willing to travel!

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally Certificate III - Landscape Construction
• 2-5 years of full-time Project Management experience in the same industry
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in civil, commercial, council, education, heritage, landscapes. 
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project
• Strong client management skills
