THE OPPORTUNITY
This company has established itself as a leader in the commercial landscaping industry, offering you the opportunity to make your mark as a potential future Manager within their esteemed senior team.
Working alongside an experienced and successful Maintenance Manager and Supervisors who will guide and mentor you, you will coordinate a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
You will collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure the simultaneous execution of multiple grounds maintenance contracts.
If you are currently a Maintenance Supervisor, Account Manager or Contract Administrator seeking to advance into maintenance management, this could be the perfect next step for you.
THE ROLE
- Assist with program and schedule works
- Ordering materials and organising deliveries
- Resource management
- Coordinate Team Leaders and Supervisors
- Subcontractor management
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Safety and compliance
- Quality assurance
- Liaise with clients
- Work alongside a Maintenance Manager
- 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, Account Manager, Contract Administrator or Estimator
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (minimum)
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (bonus)
- Driving license
- Must have landscape/horticulture experience in Australia
