About the Project Manager position:
This position will be based at our Epping office. As a Project Manager you will be required to work with and guide Site Managers to complete works at a high quality standard, within budget and to specifications. You will liaise with internal staff members, and external contractors, notably landscape architects and council representatives.
You will need to have great communication and organisation skills, and be able to give clear direction and feedback for landscape construction projects to be completed successfully. This position requires a fine eye for detail when it comes to reviewing and approving projects and managing OH&S components of the workplace. You will be responsible for the end to end journey of each project and the staff members' that encompass the works.
About you (to be successful in this position, you will need):
· Qualification in landscape construction (or vast industry experience)
· Experience in project management (commercial landscaping specific);
· Experience in reading construction plans and specifications
· Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
· A valid Driver's License
· Construction Induction Card (White Card/Red Card)
· Traffic Management Certificate/s (an advantage)
· First Aid Certificate (an advantage)
· Customer focused mindset and be quality driven
· Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
· Established time management skills
· Excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting knowledge in the landscaping industry
