About the Role
Work in partnership with a major Finance & Banking Client, coordinating and managing service delivery of capital and minor works across the client portfolio in this full time, permanent role.
This role will work closely with the client Property Services Team in the delivery of these programs and be accountable for the planning and running of the program. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual that wants to work on a broad mix of minor and some larger projects, which will range in size and complexity.
Projects will include make good of vacated buildings and retail sites, power and/or data works, through to refurbishment of client assets and office fit outs. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing subcontractors and third-party suppliers, ensuring all related OH&S compliance requirements are met.
Key Accountabilities
Coordination and understanding of the minor and capital works program for both major and minor works, this includes scrutinising the scope of work to accurately describe the proposed work and benefits, risks and budget costs
Project Manage activities as required across key phases-briefing, solutions designing, recommendation, approval and project planning
Translate requirement briefs issued by CRM’s, Business, Property, Health & Safety & Work within budgets and effectively assist in future forecasting over the next 5-10years
Assist in project review and annual planning and forecasting process, in addition to the quarterly schedule development, review, business endorsement and approval
Providing support to the National Project Manager–Capital works on all issues related to reporting, minor works and projects
About You
Experience in coordinating major and minor works projects
Experience in developing and implementing minor works programs
Construction or Project Management
Formal Project Management tertiary qualification or equivalent
Project delivery experience or background
Extensive excel and Project Management Software experience
