About the role
We are excited to announce an exciting role for a Project Manager - Master Data and Systems Global for an initial six-month term. In this critical role, you will assess the plans and make recommendations for the consolidation of our Global Master data team, including organisational design, resource modelling, assessments for governance gap-closure and future strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will bring prior experience managing projects, organisational design or transitions; and have proven success working with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

The role location is flexible, and ideally will be based at one of our offices in AusPac or Asia.
What you will be doing
- Assess and review the org design, RASCI and propose updated transition model based on end-state requirements
- Perform resource modelling on headcount against the future model
- Determine the strategic response and action plan to recent risk review recommendations
- Define future reporting needs
- Define governance decision making framework between the new Global Master Data team and existing GPDO (Global Process and Data Owners) and local Master Data resources.
- Design a project management approach for future Master Data execution projects
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in SAP Master Data management, data governance, or related roles - highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
