Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established minor building works team

A major government health department based in Nedlands, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Minor Building Works team. Initially, this role will be offered on a 6-month temporary contract, working full-time hours and paying a competitive hourly rate.
Your new role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Provide end to end project management support, from initiation and planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery and completion
- Plan and develop new building, building improvement and redevelopment projects
- Develop and manage key project implementation plans within budget and timeframes
- Identify, manage and report on risks and issues that may likely impact project outcomes
- Prepare high quality reports and briefings for key internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:
- Previous project management experience within minor building works
- Considerable project experience, with competence in managing every stage of a project
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to lead and support a team
- Advanced organisation skills with confidence in working towards strict timeframes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- "C" or "C.A" class drivers' licence
- A National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one if successful
