Supply Chain Project Manager | Network Development

  • Provide project leadership on the delivery of supply chain projects for Big W and other business partners 
  • Sydney based with collaborative workspaces in Norwest with WFH days

What you’ll do

  • Own, and manage project(s) through all phases from project mobilisation, through detailed design and construction to operational delivery and ramp up to full volume
  • Challenge decisions whilst ensuring robust decision-making is made, reporting progress, risks, issues, and financials across departments, maintaining governance, and adhering to Woolworths' project management framework.
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers, the broader Primary Connect team, and other Woolworths Group business units.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years in a similar role leading Programs/Projects in a complex, Construction/Infrastructure, Project Management and agile methodologies in FMCG / Retail / Supply Chain environments
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing large end-to-end projects involving various business areas
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience (Internal and External) 
  • Analytical skills to better understand risks and dependencies as well as finding opportunities for continuous improvement 
  • Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams to achieve the agreed deliverables
