In this role, you'll oversee the construction of single and double-story homes, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality workmanship and complies with Australian Building Codes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, managing paperwork meticulously, facilitating onsite meetings, and providing regular reports on project progress, costs, and schedules. You'll also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with trades and suppliers, promoting safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimise errors.
What can you bring?
You will bring a wealth of experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand, with a proven track record of interpreting building plans and specifications. A Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification is essential, along with proficiency in IT tools such as the Microsoft suite. You should possess excellent communication skills, a relentless drive to achieve targets, and a knack for building professional relationships.
