About the Role
The North-South Corridor(NSC) is identified as one of Adelaide’s most importanttransport corridors. The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) section is thefinal piece and the key to unlocking Adelaide’s trafficnetwork, while delivering important economic, employment and safetybenefits to the state. Due to its scale and nature, the project hasa range of environmental aspects which will require considerableinteraction between the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) andthe Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT).
This position provides a primary point of contact to manage anddeliver the timely, effective and efficient delivery ofenvironmental regulatory requirements for the North South Corridorproject.

The Environment ProtectionAuthority (EPA) is South Australia’s independent environmentprotection regulator. The organisation works to protect, restoreand improve the environment through the risk-based regulation ofpollution, waste, noise and radiation. The EPA works closely withindustry, the community and government to protect the uniquenatural environment while supporting economic growth and improvingwellbeing. The EPA is responsible for the administration ofthe Environment Protection Act 1993 (EP Act) andthe Radiation Protection and Control Act2021 (RPC Act) and also exercises responsibilities underother South Australian planning and environmental legislation.

Essential Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in science, engineering or other recognised qualification that is related to this field of work
Remuneration
PO5 ($122,610-$128,328 per annum) + 11% super to your choice of superfund.
