Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.
Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking experienced Project Managers for site-based opportunities in Central Queensland. This role will see you working on large-scale Wind Farm Projects located in the Rockhampton and Mackay area on a DIDO or FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
- Planning and directing the Balance of Plant elements of large scale Wind Farm Projects; managing program, budget, and resources
- Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance throughout the project
- Provide excellent leadership to the project team and subcontractors on-site
- Foster and manage client relationships
- Manage the financial performance of the project to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets
- Ensure project compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience project managing the full lifecycle of bulk earthworks, structures, roads and drainage, or
- Demonstrable experience project managing electrical balance of plant works including substation, underground cabling and overhead line construction
- Site based industry experience as a Project Manager within the renewable energy or construction industry, with a track record of successful project execution
- Commercial and financial management experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to manage a complex matrix of stakeholders
- Clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and environmental compliance
- Proof of right to work in Australia
