Position Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to evaluate project needs, foresee potential challenges, and devise innovative solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in procurement, cost control, and budget management for plumbing projects.
• A history of successfully leading and mentoring project teams, encouraging a cooperative and high-performance culture.
• Capability to establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Possession of a current NSW Plumbing Licence.
