Position Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to evaluate project needs, foresee potential challenges, and devise innovative solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience in procurement, cost control, and budget management for plumbing projects.
- A history of successfully leading and mentoring project teams, encouraging a cooperative and high-performance culture.
- Capability to establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Possession of a current NSW Plumbing Licence.
