Form of workPublic Sector People, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within the Digital Transformation program.
About the Role: As a Project Manager in Property & Rating, you will be an integral part of the Digital Transformation program, driving significant system and process changes across the Council. This 6-month contract (3 months + 3 months) offers a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of OneCouncil Property & Rating SaaS product, transitioning the Council from outdated legacy systems to a modern, streamlined platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project delivery of the OneCouncil Property & Rating product implementation.
- Collaborate closely with third-party partners to design, implement, integrate, test, and transition to the new SaaS platform.
- Track and manage project scope, budget forecasts, resourcing, risks, issues, and benefits against baseline plans and targets.
- Interface with supporting functions such as Project Management Office, Change Management, Integration and Data Migration, Customer Experience, and Change teams to ensure successful project alignment and delivery.
- Demonstrated project management experience implementing OneCouncil Property & Rating (P&R) SaaS product in an Australian Council.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, solution and technical design, data migration, and system integration.
- Appreciation for Customer Experience (CX), Change Management, and Process Improvement to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
