Project Manager - Property & Rating (Techone)

The Client
Our client is a are large Government agency known for their cutting edge and advanced projects. Located close to Perth's Central Business District, this organisation offers a working environment that suits individuals from all walks of life. They are looking for a seasoned, Senior Project Manager, with experience in TechOne and Property and Ratings. It is beneficial that the successful candidate has worked previously within Local Government or on Government related projects.
The Role
Our client has moved into the latest version of the cloud software, as such, an in-depth understanding of, and previous experience with TechOne and Property and Ratings is imperative for this position. The role will require a thorough understanding of technology, transformation, continual innovation, and change.

• Aligning project goals with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Manage the planning and execution of the IT projects
• Guide project teams in developing and implementing TechOne for the Property and Ratings
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, mitigating and understanding IT project impacts and risks
• Implement project management best practices, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards
• Leverage Property and Ratings industry insight to proactively identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring project success and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead project teams in the integration of IT applications, systems, and technologies, optimizing collaboration and efficiency.

Your Skills
Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• Lead a number of medium to large multiple concurrent projects
• Adhere to the TechnologyOne Solution Implementation Methodology
• Understand commercial contracts and ensure these are executed appropriately
• Use corporate tools to manage project resources and reporting
• Mange the customer experience
• Excel in stakeholder management (with customers and internally),
• Provide internal feedback to Research & Development teams on the Solutions and
• Manage large Project budgets
