As the RJC Project Manager, your responsibilities include taking charge of the entire RJC project lifecycle, from careful planning to seamless execution. You’ll play a key role in promoting RJC objectives in the Central Queensland region, identifying workforce challenges, and building crucial connections to the Queensland Workforce Strategy. Additionally, you’ll lead the local RJC reference group, ensuring program objectives align strategically with the Action Plan, and foster meaningful connections with local industries and communities to address workforce challenges, collaborating closely with Project Managers in other regions.

You will need the ability to work independently managing project intricacies from concept to execution. Effective communication skills are crucial, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, navigate diversity, and bring about positive change.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and collaborative business environment.
