The annual remuneration package for this role is $163,548 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
Working as part of the RTO Re-Registration team and reporting to the Program Manager RTO Re-Registration, this role will have a specific focus on project managing TAFE NSW's CRICOS registration renewal with the Australian Skills Qualification Authority (ASQA). The application for re-registration is expected to be submitted to ASQA in May 2025, with activities required prior to and post submission.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, organisation and control of significant complex projects and sub projects spanning the full continuum of initiation/design. Along with implementation in relation to designated business strategies to meet project objectives, to enable TAFE NSW to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Educational Quality division in Product & Quality Group to support TAFE NSW's RTO and CRICOS registration renewal with ASQA. To succeed in this role, you will have extensive working knowledge and understanding of the ESOS legislative framework and in satisfying associated compliance requirements, and significant experience in managing complex quality projects in vocational education and training (VET).
Previous experience in CRICOS re-registration and associated internal review processes will be highly regarded. You will also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work independently and under pressure to plan and manage your workload and multiple priorities to meet project deadlines. A degree qualification in project management or in a related field or equivalent significant experience is also required.
