Highly successful Security and Medical company needing Electronic / IT Project Manager for Brownfield and maintenance work.
This role is standalone currently with a view a functional management to roll out construction and installation of X ray equipment at the new arm of airport.
Also hospital X ray machine contract maintenance at times.
The management team invested in this company is top tier with great momentum opening up pathways in a number of regions already.
They are looking for someone who will work at the Global HQ in Melbourne and enable the organisation to branch out into other countries of the world.
Reporting into the Program Director in Singapore you will be part of a close knit team of 4 Project Managers with assigned duties and deliverable.
ROLE/DESCRIPTION
- full line functional management of the installation team
- driving the execution of technical employees employed to complete brownfield work, also maintained for medical related contracts
- Accountable for initiating, planning, monitoring and processing close out phase of the equipment being introduced to brownfield site(s)
- Working closely with project control teams and business overall rhythm to dove tail project to commercial positive result
- Variance control analysis
- Define Risk analysis along the way
- Work closely with Health and Safety to ensure project is conducted within guidelines
- Be supported by control teams as well as other cross functional reliance at various milestones
- Project the function to other areas within the business so keeps the value
- Ethics and environmental aspects to always be thought about in each business decision
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate 3
- Prince 2, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma
- IT / Software / Electrical experience in construction, medical or similar industries within a Project Management setting
- Troubleshooting and risk management essential
- Presenting to corporate office near Mascot as well as being seen on site.
- Occasional work from home
- Identify regulatory opportunities that facilitate commercial market entry
- Manage the document control function
- Product approval
- Work closely with engineering
- Regulatory liaison for international matters relating to product file compliance / labelling
