Our purpose built facility in Dandenong South houses our modern office and 6000m2 warehouse facility. Our business and brands are growing and such we are looking for a junior Project Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will have minimum 2 years experience in the fitout and/or construction industry and/or a diploma degree or higher in Construction/ Project Management. Training and experience in both Estimating and Project Management will be provided. A documented career pathway is in place outlining the growth opportunity within our business.
On the job training will be provided however we are looking for somebody that is proactive, enjoys a challenge, is looking for career growth and is an excellent communicator.
.Key Duties:
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Build strong client relationships
- Proactively deal with project challenges
- Ensure a safe site
- Manage an accurate cost plan within our PM software
- Manage a claim schedule and project cashflow
- Manage contractual obligations
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- Report weekly job progress to management
- Attend sites Nationally as required to ensure successful delivery
The successful applicant:
